Return-Replacement Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to get a replacement it.

Product Delivery

Once we have received your order, the order will be shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse. We will notify you electronically when your order is shipped from our warehouse. The delivery time will depend on the delivery service provider used and the location to which delivery is requested.

Returns and Replacement

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item for replacement only within 5 days of delivery and get a replacement within 2 more days. To be eligible for a replacement, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return-replacement policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, etc. These items are not eligible for return or replacement.

Your replacement will be shipped within 2 working days.

Shipping

To initiate a return-replacement, please email us at newage.solutions.delhi@gmail.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your replacement.

All returnable merchandise for replacement will be picked up by us free of cost if it is to be picked from the same address as the address of initial product delivery. No item will be picked up from any other place apart from the place of delivery.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your replaced items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping or re-shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide an exchange of merchandise for the item returned. No refund will be provided.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
